  • Storage

    Store in a cool dry place or keep in the fridge for a longer shelf life (just remember to pull them out about 30 minutes before eating. Keep out of direct sunlight.

  • Allergies & Ingredients

    Our products are all made using Dairy & Soya products and some of our chocolates are made using Gluten, Nuts, Sulphites please do contact us before ordering to ensure we don’t have those in the box.

    As we work from our home kitchen we handle most of the main allergies. We cannot guarantee there is no traces in our products, so please contact us upon ordering if you have any questions about any allergy.  

    We are suitable for Vegetarians, we are unsuitable for vegans (for now!)

  • Postage & Delivery

    Orders can take between 4-7 working days to make, plus delivery times.

    All orders are made fresh to order.

    Please note, any issues with delays in deliveries is not our responsibility. We will do our best to keep you updated on the process of your order, however in busy periods this may not always be possible.

    Please note, during busy periods (i.e. Christmas) orders can take 7-14 days. Please allow plenty of time before ordering. You can pre-order your chocolates by leaving the date you would like to receive them by in the comment box and we will try to accommodate it (please bear in mind we need at least a week to prepare and deliver your order). Please note if you require your order immediately please select the correct postage (once your order is posted we are unable to change this).

  • Returns & Refunds

    Due to all our products being perishable we do not accept returns.

    Any issues must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order, contact us via email at TemperChocolates@outlook.com or use our live chat for a quicker response.

    To be eligible for a refund we require photographic evidence of any damage this includes a photo of both the postage box and the products. We will then contact you via email to confirm whether you will be eligible for a refund.

    Please note, if your order has already been made and processed no refund will be given if you choose to cancel at a later date.

    Please note, refunds make take a few days to process.

  • Shipping

    We ship everything with Royal Mail. At the checkout select your preferred shipping method.

    Please bear in mind orders take 4-7 days to make, plus the delivery times. Orders are made fresh to order.

    Standard Shipping International - £6.00 (between 7-10 working days from posting)

    Royal Mail 1st Class - £4.00 (between 1-2 working days from posting)

    Royal Mail 2nd Class – £2.85 (between 2-3 working days from posting)

    Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.50 (usually 24 hours)

    Free Shipping – On a minimum spend of £50.00

    We do not offer click and collect.
