Due to all our products being perishable we do not accept returns.
Any issues must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order, contact us via email at TemperChocolates@outlook.com or use our live chat for a quicker response.
To be eligible for a refund we require photographic evidence of any damage this includes a photo of both the postage box and the products. We will then contact you via email to confirm whether you will be eligible for a refund.
Please note, if your order has already been made and processed no refund will be given if you choose to cancel at a later date.
