  • Storage

    We recommend storing in the fridge or a cool dry place. If storing in the fridge bring out to room temperature 30 minutes before enjoying. Keep out of direct sunlight! Our shelf life is 3-4 weeks, due to using the freshest ingredients.

  • Allergies & Ingredients

    We work in a kitchen that handles all major allergies! If you have an allergy or are purchasing for someone with an allergy we recommend contacting us before hand to ensure we can separate this order and ensure there is no cross contamination.

    All our chocolate boxes contain dairy & soya products. We cannot guarantee there is no traces in our products.

    We are suitable for vegetarians, and unsuitable for vegans! (For now!)

  • Postage & Delivery

    Our working days are Monday – Friday.

    Orders can take between 4-7 working days to prepare, plus added on time for postage. During busy periods such as bank holidays, Christmas, etc….orders can take a minimum of 7-10 working days to prepare, plus postage times! So please order in advance to avoid disappointment.

    If you require your orders by a certain date this must be commented in the box above – please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to arrive for your allocated date.

  • Returns & Refunds

    Due to all our products being perishable we do not accept returns.

    Any issues must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order, contact us via email at TemperChocolates@outlook.com or use our live chat for a quicker response.

    To be eligible for a refund we require photographic evidence of any damage this includes a photo of both the postage box and the products. We will then contact you via email to confirm whether you will be eligible for a refund.

    Please note, if your order has already been made and processed no refund will be given if you choose to cancel at a later date.

    Please note, refunds make take a few days to process.

  • Shipping

    We ship everything with Royal Mail. At the checkout select your preferred shipping method.

    Please bare in mind orders take 4-7 working days to make, plus the delivery times. Orders are made fresh to order.
